Our #FormulaForHappiness
After having a day full of fun I have come to realize that with our youngest Ryan we have to have a formula for happiness or our days would not go so smoothly. So today I wanted to share with you the three things we do every day to make sure our baby girl has a day full of happiness and everyone is much happier when it does.
1. Keeping her tummy full. Ryan is like a monster when it comes to eating her food and becomes much scarier if she is hungry. We always make sure that she eats all her food before we leave and even take snacks with us to make sure that she doesn’t turn into a “hangry” baby during our outing.
2. Make sure she is getting all her naps. Like most children Ryan gets cranky when she doesn’t get her beauty sleep. Especially if she’s had a rough night. If this little one doesn’t get her nap, then we ain’t “goin’ nowhere”. If you catch my drift! If you think a “hangry” baby is bad, just think of a sleepy baby and run for the hills.
3. Make sure she has just the right amount of attention. Ryan is still young and with two older brothers, she has to fight for her attention or so she thinks. Little does she know; she is the only girl and the baby. She gets the most attention, but we like to keep a smile on her face, play peek-a-boo and keep the smiles coming.
She is actually quite simple when it comes to keeping her happy. This is our #FormulaForHappiness. What’s yours?
