I was sent product to conduct my honest opinon.
Since moving to Alabama and since my surgery I’ve kinda lost my way when it comes to working out. I went from working out 5 times a week to not working out at all after my surgery.
Did you know it only takes 8 days to break a habit? Unlike the 21 days, it takes to form one.
A lot has happened since my first surgery. I’ve had a second surgery, was hospitalized for 5 days due to pancreatitis. During the weeks after my hospitalization, I moved 3 states over to Alabama.
Since moving to Alabama, things have been great. However, we live a lot further away from a gym than I care to drive every day.
What does that mean for me? Well, that means I have to learn to work out at home. And if you know me, you know that I HATE working out at home.
Finding the motivation and drive at home for me is 10 times harder than it is for me to find the motivation to get into my car and drive to the gym. I’ve never had an issue working out once at the gym. But, home…. it’s not been easy.
It’s easy to make excuses when at home and my number one excuse seems to be work. (I have to sit and write) Seems to be simpler than to get some exercise in.
When I got my Deskcise Pro from FLEXISPOT I was over the moon. I am no longer able to make excuses. As a matter of fact, I am riding my Deskcise Pro right now as I’m writing this post.
I was worried at first that I wouldn’t like it. My first thought was (how can you get any work done while cycling?) But after getting my Deskcise Pro, I was amazed at how much I could still get done while cycling.
The plus side of the Deskcise Pro is that even if I’m not cycling fast, I’m still able to stay moving. Where otherwise I would just be sitting down not getting any kind of movement.
What I love about the Deskcise Pro (All-In-One-Desk-Bike)
I love that I can workout when needed.
You can keep myself moving at all times, even while working.
Sit your computer down, work, watch movies, whatever and still be moving.
How sturdy it is.
It comes with extra peddles for when you don’t want to wear shoes.
What I wish were different about the Deskcise Pro.
I wish the desk part of the bike would tilt up or down. I understand why it is stationary but sometimes I want it tilted. (It does move forward and backward)
I wish the desk part of the bike didn’t move as much when cycling fast. (But let’s be realistic, it’s a bike)
For as many pros I have about this bike I think it’s safe to say that the pros outweigh the cons. And no product is perfect, but I do have to say FLEXISPOT came very close when creating this bike.
Whether you’re a stay-at-home mom who wants to move more, or a blogger, vlogger, or mom/dad who wants to walk more, there are plenty of options to rent gym equipment for your home. As an added bonus, if you become too lazy to work out, you can simply return it, so there is no waste of resources. You should begin by using the Deskcise Pro if you intend to burn those carbs. Even my kids love this bike, check it out.
Anything that I can do to influence my kids on a healthier lifestyle I’m all in. Plus the Deskcise Pro is keeping me moving.
So come on people, do me a favor and check it out before you make any judgments. It will be the best and the most fun you’ve had working out and working at the same time. (who can say they do it all?)
