I hope all of you have had an amazing 4th of July. I know I have. The Husband and I made a 9-hour drive to North Carolina to spend time with family and during our time (which I’m still on) I got to go to my first beach here in North Carolina. I have tons of pictures below. First I wanted to share with you my 5 beach must-haves. After spending a couple of days at the beach with my family I believe I have it down.
My top 5 beach must-haves are the 5 things I would not go to the beach without.
#1: Beach Bag. Depending on the beach you are going to you will have to walk a ways in order to get to the perfect spot. I know we like to be in our own little spot not to close to other people. You never know who or what type of music the others around you will be listening too. Therefor I like to not be to close.
Having a beach bag will alow you to hold all of your belongings easier, even if you chose not to go with any other products I picked for my bag, you will for sure still need a bag 🙂
#2: Speaker. I love to sit and watch the kids play in the sand. I love to sit and just watch the waves roll in and enjoy the sun. I also love some good music playing while I do this. Music for me helps create memories. We had country music playing for the most part but at one point we played the Trolls song. During this song Ryan got up and started dancing and singing along. From this point forward every time the Trolls song comes on I will have this memorie for this trip playing in the mind. One I will always remember.
#3: A good book. You might think I’m crazy since I just talked aobut listening to music but girl, I can do both 🙂 I love to sit and read a good book at the beach. With the wind blowing, sun shining and the kids having a blast with eachother, it was a perfect time to pull out a book or like I have my Kindle. Of course I had my husband watching the kids during this time just to be safe. I also finnished a book. I WAS ABLE TO FINISH A BOOK! If you’re a mom of small children, you probable know how that might feel.
#4: UltraClear Black+White Dry Spray Deodorant: Deodorant is something I hate to go places without. There is nothing worse than being out with your family, far from home and you forgot to put on deodorant before you left home. I’ve recently started using UltraClear Black+White Dry Spray Deodorant from Walmart and I havn’t turned back. I love how well it works, how it doesn’t show up on my clothes and how long-lasting it can be. Therefor I added this to my list.
The first day we went to the beach I had forgotten it. I was so sad because like always, I had forgot to put it on before I left home. After 3+ hours in the sun I was in need of feeling refreshed and I was out of luck. Never again will I not be adding UltraClear Black+White Dry Spray Deodorant to my bag must-haves.
#5: Snacks. If there is one thing that being at the beach will do to you it’s make you hungry. And no body likes to be hungry to too long. I took more than enough snacks for every. I packed my bag as full as I could and may or may not have made one of the boys carry a second beach bag full of more snacks.
****** If you need one more thing to add to your bag you can never go worng with a good cover-up. I’m in love with mine. I also got it at Walmart.
I hope you all had an amazing 4th. If you’re planning on going to the beach make sure to pack your bag accordingly. You can find all of the items I listed above at your local Walmart and don’t forget to pick up your UltraClear Black+White Dry Spray Deodorant while you’re there.
