Before I get started on this amazing baked chicken recipe and how you can create it yourself let me start by saying that I am sorry I’ve been gone for the last week. Life has happened, and I’ve been absent minded on what all I wanted to share. On top of it all, summer is almost over and getting those last minute things done with the kids is a big “must” before school starts. Can you believe it? This is the last week of July! Where has the time gone? However, I am excited that school is starting back up.
As you know, I’ve been focused on eating and living towards a healthier lifestyle for awhile now. That’s why I just had to share with you how to continue with that trend of eating healthy and enjoy it along the way. Because if you’re like me, you eat a lot of chicken, and it can sometimes get boring. That’s why I was excited to have the opportunity to work with Tessemae.
With using Tessemaes I not only have some amazing salad dressings (because I’m a rabbit says The Husband) but also some fantastic marinades. With over 25 different dressings, marinades, and condiments I’m more than prepared for a mouth full of watering, delicious meats, and salads. But that’s not all.
Tessemae is also USDA organic certified, Whole30 approved, and contains no added sugar, thickeners, or additives. How awesome is that? Tessemae has taken all the guess work out of “does this fit in my diet.
Depending on where you are located there is a store near you that will have Tessemae’s Dressings and Marinades for you to give a try. For me I will be buying mine at HEB. But you can also purchase them at Tessemaes.com
First, you will need to do is to put your chicken into a gallon freezer bag.
I added the whole bottle of Tessemae’s Green Goddess Dressing & Marinade.
After letting the chicken set in the fridge overnight, soaking in all the delicious flavors of the marinade, it was ready to be cooked. So simple and easy! I pre-heated the oven to 350 and cooked for 25 min or until fully cooked.
You can now eat your way to mouthwatering fullness. What are some of your favorite ways to use marinade, and/or dressings? I’d love to hear some of your secrets in the kitchen.
