Give Bakery Because {$25 Giveaway}

back, baking, fun, give, give bakery because, recipes December 19, 2014

Disclosure: I was compensated for this post. All opinions are mine and may differ from yours.

The holiday season is in full force and with that comes tons of parties, planing and family. With Jared and I just having a baby, Nolan’s 5th birthday, shopping and everything in-between life has been hectic. That is when I came across Give Bakery Because and decided that I wanted to give back to the person that gave Jared and I a small little break from our hectic life and do the Give Bakery Because a run for it’s money.

The Give Bakery Because program encourages people to visit the bakery department of their local grocery store, find a variety of treats and find a fun way to gift them to a special person/people in their lives. It’s simple, easy and affordable. The best part is I don’t have to bake anything.

With the Give Bakery Because program in the back of my mind I decided to head on over to our local HEB to pick up some fun treats. I found these fun red and white cookies and some amazing pistachio muffins that I am in love with to gift to our great friend Yari.

It was simple fun and a great way to give back without all the hard work in the kitchen. (Life is just to crazy for that right now). Now it’s your turn to turn off the oven and give it a break. Head on over to your local bakery and join in the fun with the Give Bakery Because program. I’m sure you have someone just in mind that you want to help and i’m here to help you with that. I’m giving away a 25$ visa gift card so you can do just that. And don’t worry if you are in need of ideas you can always visit the Give Bakery Because Pinterest page for inspiration. Once you have made your own don’t forget to pin it and use the #givebakery to share all the fun!

Living Life one day at a time

But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

Joshua 24:15 Joshua 24:15

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Colossians 3:23-24 Colossians 3:23-24

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
