No Bake Cheese Cake

bake, Cake, Cheese, cold, egg free, no, no bake, recipe, recipes October 16, 2014

Every since I was a little girl I have loved me some Cheese Cake. So every year my mom would make me this not so ordinary Cheese Cake that I could only get from her. I asked for it every year, many times a year until I was old enough to make it myself. Now that I have children I want to pass it down and make it a fun thing that the children and I get to do together. Now since leaving home I have changed the ingredients a little and added a little here and there but it is still amazing and the best part is that you do not have to bake it.
16 oz Cool Whip
Graham Cracker Pie Crust
18 oz Philadelphia original Cream Cheese
1 or 2 Table Spoons of Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Powdered Sugar
1/2 a Lemon
(for chocolate 1 table spoon of Cocoa)
Nolan really got a kick out of helping mama.
I let him put everything into the mixer and he would just sit there and watch as it blended all the ingredients together. Of course the taste testing didn’t hurt his feelings.

Now the directions are easy.
Start with the Cream Cheese at it to the bowl and mix until soft.
Add Cool Whip, sugar, condensed milk, lemon and Cocoa (if needed).
Blend
It should thicken up and be ready to add to your crust.

After adding to crust put lid on and let sit in fridge for minimum hour.
Cut and serve.

This Cheese Cake is not your normal Cheese. It is creamy and smooth going down. I have friends that don’t like Cheese Cake that will eat this one. I hope you all give it a try. It is really simple and easy to make and Nolan had a blast helping me do so.

Living Life one day at a time

But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

Joshua 24:15 Joshua 24:15

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Colossians 3:23-24 Colossians 3:23-24

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Psalm 73:26 Psalm 73:26
