KEEPING MY TWO YEAR OLD DRY AND SAVING MONEY WITH PARENT’S CHOICE DIAPERS… WHO CAN BEAT THAT?

If you are a new parent let me just warn you now, toddlers go to the bathroom A LOT! Finding the right diapers that can not only withstand my two year old’s “activities” but also easy on the wallet is no easy task. As a family on a budget, Jared and I have decided to stick with Parent’s Choice diapers found at Walmart.
Saving money and doing it with my little man is always fun. Who doesn’t love to save a buck right? With Luke being in a size 6 diaper, diapers tend to get pricey when using other national brands. But with these diapers coming in at $.21 a diaper (cheapest on the market, trust me I checked) I tend to save around $240 a year.
Like I said LOVE. #BabyDiapersSavings
Luke is now at the age of wanting to help mamma do everything, including shopping. He officially does not want to sit in the cart while mamma has all the fun. He likes to count all the numbers on the boxes of diapers until he gets to size 6, then he half carries/half drags the diapers to the cart for me. Perhaps he’s learning to help from his Dad? But then again he is two… At this point any and all help will be a blessing when our daughter, Ryan, shows up.
Needing a flexible, as well as absorbent, diaper on Luke is a must. Learning from his brother to tumble is now all the rage in our house. Jumping and flipping, running along the edge of the couch. Hoping for my little man not to fall has been keeping my husband and I on our toes. Luke knows only two speeds: really fast mode and sleep mode. I am actually shocked I could get him to stay in one spot while I took these pictures. To say I need diapers that fit him well, to stay on and also keep him dry would be an understatement.
Parent’s Choice Diapers definitely passes the “Luke Test”!
3 out of 4 moms agree that Parent’s Choice are the same or better than their current baby diaper brand of choice. See for yourself: save money, and live better with these coupons. To find a Walmart near you that carry the new and improved Parent’s Choice diapers check THIS site.
I'm glad you've found a nappy which works for your son. We used to use the cheapest on the market too over here in Ireland (Aldi's Mamia brand) but they started to leak so we had to switch to Pampers baby dry. More expensive but we've gotten some great two for three deals so have stocked up.
I love that you used the word "nappy" ๐ Yes leaking is the worst.
Great post! ๐
Boy, I sure don't miss having to buy diapers. They are so expensive! Thats awesome that you found a cheaper alternative.
I quickly learned with my first how wonderful the store brand diapers are! So much cheaper and work just as well! When my second came along my oldest was only 20 months so buying diapers for 2 kids made me cry! Store brands at least eased that sting a little! Great post!
Will have to look this brand up. ^_^
I really need to start using cheaper nappies but they've all leaked on me so far! (Literally and figuratively speaking haha!)
What a fun age. I have a 2 year old too! I use the target brand with cartwheel and their red card. Target brand works for my kids but doesn't for my sisters (she uses Parents choice too). Crazy how each child fits into different diapers better. Such a cute boy!
What a cutie pie! ๐
I tried switching to a cheaper diaper and my son got the worse rashes. I'm sad it didn't work for our bank account, haha but so happy to hear these work great for you!
We use parents choice diapers all the time – we just use what is the least expensive for the week, lol ๐
Love Parent's Choice!
Thanks for sharing!
Your little man is so cute!
my nephew uses his diaper like paper lol
We use cloth nappies, but I'm glad you found a nappy that works really well for your family. =D x

Finding the right diaper is always good! I remember trying so many different types when my daughter was younger.
Thanks for sharing. I'm trying to get one potty trained right now!
Good to know, I'll keep it in mind when diapers become a part of my life. ๐

I don't have any children yet, but it sounds like you've found a great choice!
Oh my gosh your little man is so cute!!!! I definitely think a flexible diaper is important for toddlers
We had to weed our way through many diapers before we found the best brand. Good post!
