School is right around the corner, but we still have a couple of weeks to go so let’s not get ahead of ourselves. I know it’s an exciting time of the year for all parents and teachers which is why we need to celebrate every chance we get and savor the memories we can and will be making in the weeks to come.
With that being said, it is time to pull out the grill and grill like it’s 1999. Ok, you can dance too if you want, I know I did and will be again! Thankfully I live in Texas and pulling out the grill is something that we can do year-round and fits perfect for all families.
As my husband starts to heat up the grill for our dinner tonight. I wanted to get your taste buds going and maybe even your mouth watering while I show and teach you this marvelous meal.
Before I pull out the king of the show (Smithfield All Natural Bone-in Pork Chops). Let’s prep for what will be making our star of the show taste all the better. Mango Salsa! Yes, you heard that right. Mango Salsa. Off to Walmart we go to pick up our ingredients.
What you will need.
