The New Year is in full force and if you’re like me you are looking for easy ways to satisfy your sweet tooth.
With all the meal-prep I’ve been doing I decided I wanted to make something that would be easy to grab in between meals, taste good and satisfy my sweet tooth. that taste good.
One of my favorite things I like to snack on is cheesecake.

Let’s not forget the many different flavors to choose from. (My favorite being the Slice-of-Heaven Strawberry Cheesecake)

On to the recipe so you can indulge sooner than later and satisfy your sweet-tooth. With this recipe only taking 2-ingredients to make, you will also be saving some money on your snacks.
It’s so simple, take your favorite chocolate, melt it and spread it onto a piece of parchment paper. Next you will want to mix up your Oikos Whole Milk Greek Yogurt (Slice-of-Heaven Strawberry Cheesecake flavor) and spread on top of your chocolate. (This recipe will taste amazing with any of the flavors mixed above.
You can always add an extra topping or two to add a little extra flair if you like. Some ideas that immediately come to mind is toasted shaved coconut and granola to name a couple. For me, I drizzled a couple of chocolate pieces on top. Toss into the freezer and let it freeze. This usually takes about an hour.
Once frozen, take out of the freezer, cut or break apart with your fingers and you’re ready to go. I tossed mine into a large freezer bag making it easy to grab on the go.
