The New Year is in full swing and with that comes New Year resolutions. I’ve recently seen that many of you have already failed or are starting over on your resolutions? Whether its to be healthy, workout more, lose weight etc. It can be hard to keep everything going.
First thing I want you to do is look at your goal. Make sure that you are setting attainable, small goals. It’s said that resolutions are always easier to attain if you set smaller goals. Instead of saying I want to lose 50 lbs this year, say I want to lose 5 lbs a month. It makes things a lot easier and tricks your brain.
For me, I wanted to start saving money and to make sure that I’m working out and eating healthy more frequently. Thats why I decided to trick my brain and wallet, lol, I wanted to start meal prepping again. With that meal prep, I can make sure I’m eating everything that I need, including my protein.

Meal prepping may take you about 1 hour one night a week but is more than worth all the benefits that come with it. Let’s not forget the money we saved by eating from home or taking our lunches to work.
