Going without coffee due to sugar and cream. Here is a healthy way to drink coffee again.

coffee, fitness, workout February 21, 2017

I love coffee, and I love being healthy. One of my biggest struggles would have to be not being able to drink my creamy/sweet coffee in the mornings. It’s especially difficult seeing all the fancy coffee machines on the market that people are using to make barista-quality coffee; I’m so jealous! Maybe when I find a way to make my daily coffee healthier, I can head on over to the Mommacuisine – Find the best coffee Makers website and join in with the trend.

I’ve been looking for ways to be able to drink my coffee, and for a while I was debating getting something from Helix Coffee. Their products look really handy for my needs, but sadly I don’t have the time to spend grinding my own coffee beans – I’m much too busy.

Honestly, if I had the time, I would definitely consider getting some genuine Colombian Coffee beans, which are known for having a mellow acidity and strong caramel sweetness with a nutty undertone – bliss! I know that all I need to do is grind them in a coffee grinder, but alas, I am a slave to the ever-passing wheel of time…

So, I had to keep looking, and I’ve finally found it – something that might not be time-consuming. To be accurate, I have found a way to drink my coffee and get more protein out of it. The cool thing about doing this is that you can also incorporate it into your oatmeal in the mornings as well. A friend actually put me on to the idea as she had read an article from Paisley, or somewhere like that, about adding protein to your coffee.

I was sent a pack of Premier Protein shakes and bars when I decided to give my morning coffee and oatmeal another try. This time I added my Premier Protein shake to see if I would like it. To my surprise, it wasn’t bad. Of course, like most things you love, there was a bit of a learning curve for my taste buds. However, when you’re trying to cut out sugar, this was a huge plus.

Let’s not forget the added protein. With 30 grams of protein in each shake, 24 vitamins and minerals and only 160 calories. You have an added bonus to your morning coffee.

I’m excited for you to start drinking coffee again and to see how you like your new protein coffee.

Living Life one day at a time

But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

Joshua 24:15 Joshua 24:15

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Colossians 3:23-24 Colossians 3:23-24

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
