Why eating right is a must when getting fit! ~Transformation~

fitness June 16, 2016

This post was sponsored by Perfect FIT Meals. I assure you, all opinions are mine and mine alone!

Last January, after my 2nd gallbladder attack, my husband and I decided that getting healthy was the best thing for us to do. I was all for it! I was overweight and having tons of tummy issues and getting healthy seemed like the best option. Going to the gym and trying to make better options while preparing food were on the top of the list of priorities. But even after hitting the gym a couple of times a week I wasn’t seeing much difference. That’s when I decided that finding a workout partner and meal prepping was the way to go. As you have seen on here before meal prepping has been amazing but extremely time-consuming.

That’s when I came across Perfect FIT meals in my local HEB. I was excited after reading into just how Perfect FIT Meals worked and if they were right for me. What I found out was that they were never frozen pre-made meals, portioned out flawlessly and calorie-controlled designed by dietitians. I also loved that I could buy many meals at once (because going to the store with three kids every other day is a hassle) because Perfect FIT Meals have a longer shelf life than most other ready to eat products you will find.

With the many different options of food and taste variety, I was instantly in love. Although I will continue to meal prep, Perfect FIT Meals will be a big part of the week and help reduce the time I spend in the kitchen.

So after a hard day at the gym, coming home to an easy, ready-made meal has been perfect and tastes amazing! I can now eat healthily, know that my calorie intake is correct, and not have to manage that myself. If you’re interested in giving Perfect FIT Meals a try head over HERE and check which of your local retailers near you sell them.

Always remember, it takes a little time to see results but stay consistent, eat right and they will show! 🙂

Have an awesome day,

XoXo Erica

Living Life one day at a time

But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

Joshua 24:15 Joshua 24:15

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Colossians 3:23-24 Colossians 3:23-24

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Psalm 73:26 Psalm 73:26
