Bringing home a new baby is not only the most wonderful feeling in the world but it can also be a stressful one. I know after each and every pregnancy there can be so many changes within your home, with your body and with your entire family sometimes it can seem overwhelming to just get out of the house. This is why I wanted to share a couple of tips on how I handle my everyday life after adding a new member to our family and it all has to do with getting out of the house.
The first important thing I want to talk about is staying active. Being active will not only help with your state of mind but also help your self-confidence knowing that one day that your baby weight will fall off. You will not only have more energy but you will also wear out your littles for a good nap when the time comes. Oh and let’s not forget the bonding time if you include your spouse in these activities
But in order for you to get out and get going, you want to make sure you have the right stroller. Something that will be effortless to get out, small but big enough to hold all your needs and light in weight.
Jared and I have recently started going on long walks and using our new Lyfe Pram Travel System and could not be happier. It really has been convenient with transitioning from a baby to a toddler who can sit up on her own. It is so quick and easy to set up and break down making going on walks that much more enjoyable. One of the main reasons Jared and myself didn’t enjoy going on walks was because with other strollers we have owned in the past, it was a hassle to just get up and go. The Lyfe Pram Travel System has taken the hassle out of the equation and made it easy to get up and go. The whole system is really lightweight and durable and when it is deconstructed, it doesn’t take up a ton of room.
Most strollers don’t give you the option of transitioning from a baby to a toddler. The Lyfe Pram Travel System has you covered when that day comes.
It easily fits into the car and is simple and lite weight when you’re ready to take it out.
This has to be one of my favorite features of The Lyfe Pram Travel System. When Ryan gets fussy it’s as simple as pushing two small buttons, turning her around and we are all set to continue on our walk without any fussing. They when or if she falls asleep The Lyfe Pram Travel System turns into a bassinet.
Let’s not forget the infant seat. Not only is the infant car seat durable but also extremely safe for your little one.
