There is nothing worse than constant back pain. Finding a way to help, even if it’s temporary can be a life-changer. Luckily, these days we have a lot of different options! For example, we can find chiropractors like Tulsa Spine & Rehab online to try out, as they usually always manage to help out. Then there are lots of different medications and therapy as well. However I have something that might be your knight in shining armor, so let’s begin!
I’ve been waiting about a month to write this post. I know it seems like forever but I’ve been having back pains for a long time and have been constantly hunting for the remedy that would change my life. And, as I mentioned, there are many out there. In particular, I had a look at the new and uprising star that is CBD products and it is very interesting and humbling when you research it. Did you know that the cannabis plant also contains terpenes? This is what makes the plant itself so fragrant. No wonder people are so excited about the products, I have heard they do unspeakable things for chronic pain and mental health to name a few issues. But, that’s not all, the healthcare market is saturated with all types of drugs associated with different illnesses and conditions so whoever you are and whatever you suffer with, there will be something out there for you. It might not completely remove your suffering but alleviating the symptoms is the first step to a better quality of life. Anyway, let’s cut straight to the chase here because I have found some gold in the mine of this awful back pain and I wanted to make sure this product had worked before I told you to check it out.
A short back story. I have had back pains for the longest time. It all started when I was about to go into my sophomore year of high school. I was at the Olympic Pool, a public swimming pool back in my hometown. All it took was one wrong dive into the pool to change my life forever. As soon as I hit the water I heard a pop, was in bed for three days. I never went to the doctor because we just didn’t have the money. Over time, the pain subsided a little and I was able to tolerate it, but it did affect my sports. I played a lot in high school. But like I said, I sucked it up, got used to the pain, and with lots of hot pads and ice baths I was able to just live with it. Hot pads would usually work best, and you can get Thermophore maxheat here if you’re suffering something similar, but I needed something more.
That pain was in my lower back. And, I pretty much didn’t seem to know what had to be done with this excruciating pain. I might have thought about visiting a neurosurgeon similar to dr timothy steel, as these neurosurgeons can treat people with lower back pain. But the thought seemed to remain a thought. After having my first child, the pain got a little worse, but this was something I had expected due to getting an epidural (I did my research). With Luke, my second child, I had what they call Symphysis pubic dysfunction, or SPD. Basically, it made it hard to walk, and I felt like my pelvic bone was splitting in half. Jared had to help me to the bathroom, turn me over in bed and much more. But Luke was born, and the pain went away (for the most part). I know, I know, why am I telling you this? Just hang with me and I’ll get there. It wasn’t until after I had my third child that my back really started to bother me. And it wasn’t right away. But this time, it wasn’t just my lower back. You see, I’ve been dealing with my lower back for so long now that the pain just seems to be normal now. When Ryan was about four months old, it wasn’t my lower back this time but right in the center of my back. It’s hard to describe what was going on. Nothing seemed to help, and I just wasn’t sure what to do next.
I started to go to a chiropractor and come to find out it would take a little time for me to get back to normal which meant dealing with the pain. Apparently the Symphysis pubic dysfunction, or SPD as the doctors call it, has a lot to do with how your back functions and over time it can cause the discomfort I was feeling.
Although I am still dealing with my back pain, I decided to give Salonpas a try. I know that Salonpas is no quick fix but I’ve been working out a lot and trying to get back into shape, I needed something to get me by. Over the last month of using Salonpas, I have been more than happy with not just one but all of their products. I keep some of the smaller pads in my purse for times I’m out. The spray helps when I can’t reach, the bigger pads when needed and the cream when the pain is the worst, at which time my husband massages it in.
Y’all, I couldn’t be happier with this product, and it has saved me in times of need. When I feel like nothing else will work. It has saved me.
Big thank you to Salonpas for sending me these products to try out. All opinions are my own and may differ from others.
