What IF we lived like Jesus?

January 13, 2016

What IF we lived like Jesus?
Living in today’s society can be scary! As a mom, wife, and woman of God, my faith is continually being toiled with. With the world constantly feeling as if to crumble under my feet. I know without a doubt in my heart that by looking to Jesus and seeing that he didn’t just give us salvation, that he IS salvation and that I will live my life to the fullest of his grace.
That is why I would love to invite all my fellow women in San Antonio to attend an IF:Local Gathering, at First Assembly of God. You do NOT have to attend First Assembly of Got to attend this event. We want to come together as Women of God and share in this marvelous experience. Get to know one another, pray together, and learn together.
If:Local is an event for women aimed at gathering, equipping, and unleashing women on fire for God back into their local community with the message and hope of Jesus. It answers the question, “If God is real, then what?” What does that look like in our lives?
It will be held on Friday, February 5th and 6th
The cost is $25, plus a minimum $1 donation to the IF:Gathering at large (this includes a special gift, dinner on Friday night, breakfast and lunch on Saturday)

Living Life one day at a time

But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

Joshua 24:15 Joshua 24:15

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Colossians 3:23-24 Colossians 3:23-24

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Psalm 73:26 Psalm 73:26
