weight loss and a truth. I have lost twenty pounds through these two simple
keys: nutrition and movement. Weight loss happens when your nutrition and
exercise are in sync with your body. Now for the truth: everyone’s body is
different. What works for me may not necessarily work for you. To find the
right balance there is a lot of trial and error. I choose to do weekly
