I wanted to do something fun with Nolan and I know my son loves to paint, so I went to Hobby Lobby (my favorite store) and bought a cardboard for him to paint on…. So to make it a little more interesting I decided to put his name on it in a fun way. As I’m sure some of you have seen on Pintrest but I decided to do mine a little different. Instead of covering the whole board I only covered his name that way most of the painting was still visible! One of my friends suggested that I could try painting acrylics on glass when Luke would like to move on to a different artistic pursuit. Her older kids seemed to love it and they created some adorable little works of art. I am sure Luke will enjoy that kind of thing when he gets a bit older. But anyway, I hope you all enjoy and try this out with your little ones. I love the way that it turned out and I can not wait to hang it up!
