65 days ago I started my journey to try and get my body back after having 2 baby boys. One month ago Today I started working out very hard going to the gym a minimum of 4 times a week. I have been working very hard and trying my hardest to eat right as well I as I can with breast-feeding. I started this journey 65 days ago and weighed 163lbs when I started going to the gym one month ago I weighed 159.8 so during that first run I did ok and lost 3.2 lbs and I am currently down to 155.4 so in the last month I have lost 4.4 lbs and since I have started I have lost a total of 7.6 lbs. It does not sound like a lot but I am seeing a difference. and will keep going for another month and hope to do more and more after that. here are my pics.
Some people think I am crazy for showing these pictures online, but this is something that I will look back and and be proud of, women show more than this in a bikini! This is embarrassing yes, but I’m not worried about it! Stretchmarks are something that I will have to live with the rest of my life and I’m ok with that. And the fat, well i’m getting rid of it 🙂
