So today was the start of week 3 of my working out non stop, minimum of 3 times a week, I have only lost 2 lbs but I Have lost inches. I am also starting to notice that my arms and legs are looking more toned than they were. I am doing my best and working very hard to make a healthier life style for me and my family. The journey continues and it will end with great results. Will be worth the hard work.
