So as of last Friday my son is 6 weeks old, and yesterday my doctor cleared me, so the sky is the limit! Now today I will start working out and eating healthier, I can not diet due to breast-feeding but that does not mean I can not eat healthy and still loss weight.
Before I got pregnant with my first son Nolan I weighed 125 lbs, and I never got back down to that size. Which that is OK because I was only 19 and I do understand that my body will never be the same as it was before I had kids.
Now before I got pregnant with Luke (my 6 week old) I was 150 lbs. 150 is not my ideal weight. My ideal weight right now is 140 (still 15lbs over my pre-pregnancy weight with my first) I am not just wanting my weight to get down tho, I want to be in shape and healthy so that I can set an example for my children!
This pregnancy I gained 183 lbs, and I am currently 163 lbs so I have lost 20lb already but I still have 23 lbs to go and I want to be down to that weight in 90 days, which I think is possible with eating right and working out daily!
