Started physical therapy for my back and splitting pelvic bone! The massage and heating pad was amazing!! Going to have to buy one of those big balls (that pregnant woman always get anyways) to do some exercises that are suppose to help my back and not cause to much pain to my pelvic bone. They also want me to try and get into a pool and do some water exercises. I’m not to sure where I’m going to get into a pool at without having to pay for it but I will look… I do have to go twice a week, which I am ok with just because it gets me out of the house for awhile by myself!
