Lonely Nights

January 4, 2012

It’s not easy being a wife with a husband that works nights, it can get very lonely. Eating dinner every night with a 2 year old who can hardly talk and when he does talk its repeating what I say! After putting him to bed at 8 I have another lonely 4 hours till he gets home. I can not wait for Luke to get here so it will give me more to do after Nolan goes to bed and it will pass the time!

Living Life one day at a time

But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”

Joshua 24:15 Joshua 24:15

Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters, since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ you are serving.

Colossians 3:23-24 Colossians 3:23-24

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.

Psalm 73:26 Psalm 73:26
